WHY DO I NEED TO ENTER A CREDIT CARD? Your card will be charged $.01 just to verify that it is an active card. That $.01 will be refunded to your account the next day. You may also use this saved card info to pay for your purchases online. Should you not pay for your purchases within 48 hours, your card will be charged the full amount of your bid. This policy allows us to keep our marketplace clean and free of bidders with no intent to purchase. We take the integrity of the auction seriously and this policy helps us maintain an awesome marketplace for everyone to use. BOTTOM LINE: Don't bid if you have no intention on picking up. You can also use your saved card to pay for purchases and extend your pickup time to up to 1 week if you like. You may still bring cash or cashiers checks to the pickup if you prefer. You may use a different card altogether to pay for your purchases as well. We take security seriously and not only your card info but all personal info are stored on safe and secured offsite servers. 

HOW TO BID? Login to AutoAuctionOhio.com to see a full list or simply use the search at the top right corner of the page. ­Type in the stock number or last 8 of the VIN. 

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON THE BID? You will be sent an email no later than three hours after the event ends notifying you of your winning bids. You can even print out an invoice from the site, see which cars you need to pick up etc.

HOW DO I PAY? We accept certified check, cash or credit card/debit card. 3% surcharge to use cards. You can pay for your purchases online by using the pay invoices feature on your dashboard. The dealership will have the billing paperwork and the keys once payment is received.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES? Our Buyers Fee is $100 flat, regardless of the price of the vehicle. The only other fees are standard govt charges such as sales tax (If Applicable). Title fee is $15. Doc fee is 10% of the sale price for vehicles $1,999 and less or $200 for vehicles $2,000 and up. 45 day tags are available to be purchased for $20. 

HOW SOON CAN I PICK UP MY CAR? Pickup begins at 10 am the day following the close of the sale. Cars must be paid for and picked up no later than 48 hours from sale end date. If payment is made within 48 hours, we have no issue storing the vehicle for you for up to 1 week. 

WHEN WILL I GET A TITLE? We will process the title into your name and pay the taxes on the title. You will receive a title in your name, taxes pre-paid within 30 days.

Announcements & condition reports are given for your convenience and are simply the opinion of the selling dealer. We do everything in our power to list the cars condition accurately and highlight the major flaws in advance on the site. We provide the most thorough and in depth condition info of any public auto auction in the country. We are not perfect. These vehicles do not get a top to bottom inspection. We do our best to show and tell you anything we can see, smell, hear or feel. It is on YOU, the buyer to make your own determination of a vehicles fitness. We offer a wealth of info online and we offer inspection days 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. Come check them out. Bring a mechanic with you or someone you trust. Most of our inventory are older, higher mileage vehicles. Most vehicles will need at least some type of repairs. 
 

THE BOTTOM LINE: Review all pictures, including pictures of all damage, frame pictures and results of the vehicles computer scan. Review the CARFAX by clicking the CARFAX in the documents section. Review the video walk around and the engine running by clicking the YouTube link in the links section. Last but not least, come check the cars out for yourself anytime Monday through Friday from 10am-6pm! Mechanics Welcomed.

YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BUY ANY VEHICLES WITHOUT BUYING ALL OF YOUR WON PURCHASES. WE WILL NOT LET YOU BUY 1, AND LEAVE THE OTHER.
